Returns & Refunds
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it for free or issue a full refund.
• If you simply change your mind, you can still return the item, but return shipping costs may apply.
• Customers are responsible for returning the item in order to receive a refund.
• Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item.
Order Cancellations
Because each canvas is made to order, cancellations depend on the status of your order.
• If your item has not yet been printed or shipped, we can cancel and issue a full refund.
• If your order is already in production or has shipped, we are unable to cancel.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.
3. For damaged items, please include photos as proof.
4. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
5. Once we receive the order, we'll issue a refund. It should take 3 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
